Payment is primarily accepted by major credit cards and PayPal.

Money orders and personal checks are accepted, but orders will be held until checks clear. To order via either of these methods, please email me your order and we can exchange addresses then.

Each piece is made to order, so depending on when your order is placed, it may take 5-7 days for you to receive your jewelry. Canadian and other international orders should expect a longer wait time.

Orders are shipped in plastic bagettes and a padded envelope. A gift box is available for an additional charge per box.

If you're not satisfied with your piece, I can either accept it in its original condition for a full refund, or make a few adjustments free of charge for the initial adjustment. You will only pay return shipping.
